A sad loss…

7 September, 2007

I’ve just found out that one of the other blogs I contribute to regularly has been pulled. No reason has been given, no explanations or reasons have been forthcoming. I can only surmise from some of the comments that a section of the anti-gay community in the US have been putting pressure on the blog owners.

Instead of staying and fighting, they have decided to fold. I can understand their decision, blogging is supposed to be a cathartic experience and you should never be reduced to defending your existance to anyone. Myself, I moderate all comments on my blog, if anyone sends me hate comments, I delete them and move on, I don’t argue and certainly don’t feel that I have to justify myself to anyone.

The blog will be missed a whole lot, but life moves on and I for one will never fold or bow down.

Probably Mike. That’s what my gut says. It got to be too crazy and overwhelming. This has been going on for almost 2 months. You guys just caught wind of it yesterday.

It’s not a section of the anti-gay community. It’s a section of the gay community. And that’s why it is so disturbing.

Mike Says:- Then that’s even worse, why would we attack from within, is it motivated by envy?
